Jacobs is seeking an **NV1 **cleared** Systems Designer** to lead, plan, and manage the delivery of a Defence cyber software suite.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Design and develop Defence Cyber warfare systems through the Defence Capability Life Cycle
- Define infrastructure architecture and dependencies with existing and new systems
- Produce various technical and non-technical documentations such as SOP, HLD, DLD, SAD, and SOD
- Engage with key stakeholders and shape the direction of the system’s integration with ADF platforms and systems

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT, Computer Science or Engineering
- Background as a system designer on medium to large size projects
- Strong Defence background and Systems Engineering background
- Demonstrated experience with Linux administration (CentOS and Debian), Windows administration (Server 2016/2019 and Win 10)
- Experience in routing, firewall, and network troubleshooting
- Experience in VMWare technologies such as vSphere, vCenter, and Horizon
- Demonstrated experience with configuration management technologies such as Ansible
- Australian citizenship and an NV1 clearance at a minimum
