We’re excited to welcome an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our family and play a key role in driving the success of our brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**_About your new career:_**
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be an important member of the Finance team, reporting to the Accounts Supervisor and working closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure the smooth onboarding and payment of our valued staff members. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Processing of new employee contract requests
- Issuing of employment contracts
- Onboarding of staff onto the internal payroll systems
- Assist fortnightly payroll processing for 1,200+ staff using **Access Micropay**:

- Assist with maintaining our Time management System -**Humanforce/TimeTarget**:

- Liaise with department managers to ensure timesheets are accurate
- Collect, calculate and enter data to maintain and update payroll information
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Perform all necessary payroll checks and controls, including award interpretations as required
- Manage Workcover claims from end to end, including providing payroll information, liaising with case officer, calculating payments required and communicating return to work plans to centres
- Prepare reports for the ECEC Grant, to ensure funding is received, once approved

**_A little about you:_**
You’re an experienced Payroll Administrator, with a collaborative approach to achieving the required outcomes, whilst maintaining a focus on clear communication and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience
- Knowledge and experience working with Time Target/Human Force and Micropay. (Highly desirable)
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with Awards, such as the Child Services and Educational Teachers Award
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
- Appropriate Tertiary qualification - Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Highly desirable)
