An experienced payroll officer is needed for a well established and growing organisation on the coast

**Your new company**

Their office is based in the Northern Gold Coast and is seeking a passionate Payroll Officer to join their team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the full function of Payroll, in a high-volume environment, payroll administration and the upkeep of payroll data. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll. Processing numerous payrolls for many employees you will need to respond to payroll queries within our agreed service levels, along with responsibility for calculating pay increases, back pays and processing leave reconciliations.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer or Senior Payroll Officer within a fast-paced, high volume organisation. You will need to have good computer literacy and numerical data processing speed and accuracy, knowledge of manual and computerised payroll systems and a time and attendance software, developed communication skills, interpersonal skills, a great attitude, and strong work ethic.
