About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be integral to supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects aligned with major digital transformation initiatives within the telecommunications industry. Your expertise will drive seamless system integrations, innovation, and operational efficiency across multiple platforms, ensuring high-performance outcomes in complex telecommunications environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with program, business, and technical stakeholders to define, validate, and prioritize requirements that translate telecommunications business needs into actionable outcomes.
- Simplify complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise language, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize both traditional and Agile methodologies for requirements gathering, backlog creation, refinement, and iteration to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Lead workshops and perform in-depth business analysis, including business process modeling, data modeling, and solution requirements lifecycle management.
- Work with cross-functional teams, technical delivery managers, and vendors to convert requirements into actionable deliverables, facilitating smooth execution of end-to-end project delivery and system integration.
- Contribute to system documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency in solution development, delivery, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with business units to support, enhance, and maintain customer data and system integrations for new and existing telecommunications solutions.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, optimizing outcomes while challenging business assumptions to ensure successful project results.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- An advanced diploma or a bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer science.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis within the telecommunications industry or relevant, driving high-impact initiatives and business transformation through effective workshops and process improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage technical SMEs, translate complex telecommunications concepts into clear, actionable language, and align stakeholders on project goals.
- Strong adaptability and a fast learner with the ability to understand the technical intricacies of telecommunications solutions and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud platform environments, with a focus on delivering and integrating cloud-based services in the telecommunications domain.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams, internal development groups, and external vendors to implement complex, integrated technology solutions that drive business transformation.
- Expertise in navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring flexible and successful project delivery in dynamic telecommunications environments.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
