**Role Overview**

You will be an experienced Application/Production Support professional, with experience in a trade floor environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong Experience in Application/Production Support position, ideally within financial services.
- Trade Floor (investments) support essential.
- Working knowledge/support experience of Linux OS.
- Strong ITIL experience (problem, incident, change and release).
- IBM Websphere MQ
- Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
- AWS (S3, EC2, ECS)
- Splunk, AppDynamics
- A solid client service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
