**About the role**
This role aims to provide a positive customer experience and support delivery of quality care that meets the unique requirement of each client in a manner that is satisfactory to the client and compliant with required quality standards. This role is responsible for the client intake process and the administration of Prestige Inhome Care NDIS, HCP, and HHC clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide timely, positive and effective customer service to all disability clients when interacting with them
- Be responsive to all disability client requests for information and/or assistance
- Oversee and co-ordinate the work effort associated with the NDIS, HCP & VHC intake process
- Actively manage the transition of new NDIS, HCP & VHC client enquiries
- Ensure complete and accurate client files are properly established within information repositories
- Undertake periodic review of internal/external client files and associated information repositories to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
**About you**
- Sound understanding of NDIS, HCP & VHC client requirements and procedures
- Well organised; able to work methodically, accurately and neatly
- Strong numeracy skills
- Commitment to providing quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to show initiative and work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Respect for staff and client privacy and understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Demonstrated computer literacy to an intermediate level in relation to MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases
- Sound understanding of client confidentiality and maintaining records
- Knowledge of the NDIS, HCP & VHC sector
