Autosports Group (ASG) is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently with over 1800 employees across 55 Dealerships in NSW / QLD / VIC and NZ.

The Bespoke brand includes, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Ducati and McLaren and due to continued growth they are looking for experienced Parts Interpreters to join their busy teams.

**In this role you will**:

- Interpret, quote and sell parts to customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.
- Attend to the counter, providing technicians with the parts they request
- Use best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.
- Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted.

**To be considered for the role, you will have**:

- Appropriate trade qualifications
- Confident communication skills over the phone, in person and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customers
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A current Driver’s License
