**KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Completes & contributes to IT Operations tasks w/ mínimal guidance including installations, migrations, and/or updates of IT Services
- May configure and/or maintain systems and monitoring tools allowing proactive response to problems that may occur
- Provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborates with Global IT Partners to support business operations
- Directs work provided by a 3rd party Service Provider
- Interacts with business partners, customers and influence Senior Leadership E.g. end users; solution delivery; vendors;
- Contributes to technical & process documentation (SOP, Guides, Knowledge)
- Supports providing communication, training and coaching to Global business partners
- Drives installation, migration, updates and integration of IT Services using knowledge of the Kanban / Agile methodology.
- Responsible for achieving operational & resiliency stability in IT area / domain. Supports our various processes, production and development environments
- Assists in driving ITSM & DevSecOps best practice to support changes to IT Services & processes at a high level of complexity
- Accountable for adherence to Sarbanes Oxley and all compliance standards
- Performs other duties as assigned

**POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** AM Shift (7AM -3PM)**: Be the go-to expert for all IT-related matters during the crucial morning shift at our Marsden Park Processing Centre.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Handle hardware and software maintenance, issue resolution, network stability, and security. Assist and collaborate in ad hoc IT projects.
- ** Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with local and global IT teams, fostering effective communication and collaborative solutions.
- ** User Support**: Provide hands-on training, technical assistance, and timely support to associates within the processing centre.
- ** Problem Solving**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents. Maintain inventory, coordinate service, and facilitate user problem resolution.
- ** Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with IT advancements, ensuring our systems are cutting-edge and efficient.
- ** Strategic direction**: Work with business, vendors and other IT leaders to ensure Operational excellence is maintained whilst achieving delivery of enhancements.

**IDEAL EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES**
- Educational Background: University graduate with 7+ years' IT experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundational IT knowledge, familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), good understanding of IT Operations, and Intermediate Network, hardware and software skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, vital for collaborating with global teams and providing top-notch customer service.
- Independence: Proven ability to contribute independently, taking initiative and finding solutions with mínimal direction.
- Customer Focus: Strong dedication to customer service, ensuring associates' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Influencing: Drive for results by influencing others to achieve common goals.
