People, are the heart of Bendon, the ability for our teams to build trust, quickly, in the fitting room with our customers is one of the most important parts of our business and as a Regional Manager you will drive 8 outlet teams and 10 Myer concessions across NSW, ACT & WA to achieve this.

As part of our Senior Retail Team, you will create an environment where people are valued, and support our teams to bring to life our purpose every day. Driving sales and achievement of KPIs will be your natural cadence, alongside your want to develop our team through the Bendon career pathway.

This position is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What will be your core responsibilities?
- Achievement of sales and budget for your remit, across outlet and retail teams. Work with Store Managers to drive sales and track, PNL, inventory, centre statistics and wage control
- People management, not limited to performance management and team development, to ensure alignment to the Bendon CORE values and way of working
- Adhering to the health and safety and risk compliance needs of your remit
- Customer service approach, encouraging the demonstration for all team on the Bendon 'customer first' approach Cost management, continually reviewing best practice for your remit in association with the Australasian operations manager

What we are seeking for this regional manager?
- A person with Multi-Site or Multi-Department manager, with demonstrated ability to manage 50+ team
- A proven track record of driving sales and delivering on KPIs and budgets
- High financial acumen, with experience working across a PNL
- Managing rosters and payroll in line with the GRIA.
- Recruitment, induction and performance management experience.
- A willingness to learn, and a can do attitude
