**The Role**

In this diverse and highly dynamic role, you will act as the Test Lead during the test planning and execution phase. and be a source of technical expertise and knowledge of Testing Methodologies and Test Equipment (Automated and Manual).

Responsibilities include Managing and resolving issues in a timely and cross-functional manner, work with other teams to efficiently solve problems with clear visibility, Ensure Test artefacts and tools are consistent and of the right quality, Ensure co-ordination between Functional testing, Performance and Automation Testing teams

You will be Accountable for defining/refining the test strategy across squads and supporting the team to deliver the program initiatives and to participate in programme review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities

**Your Skills & Experience**
- You will be an experienced Test lead with skills in both Automation and Manual Testing.
- Familiarity with containerisation, cloud computing and continuous integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritise and delegate effectively and keep the team informed and accountable for project deliverable
- Experience with the agile development process and developing code in alignment with coding standards and business processes
- Experience working within a Transformation program, liaising with various stakeholders
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting skills and project management skills with continuous improvement mindset with multitasking ability.

You have impressive technical skills and the ability to objectively monitor and control the software development and maintenance process to assure effective end products. Yet you also have the social and communication skills to convey complex IT concepts to a wide audience. You are a self-starter, able to work to tight deadlines and meet project requirements while still having an eye for detail.
