As a Client Services Representative your job is to provide awesome service to our existing client base with day to day parts of your role including..
- Assist our customers with general enquires
- Amend existing policies
- Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
**A bit about you;**
- Must have a passion for providing an exceptional customer service
- The drive to excel and exceed targets/KPIs

- Resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with customers
- Customer service/ sales experience preferable

**Recruitment Experience**
There are three stages to the recruitment of this role:
2.**Chat Interview** you will then be invited to complete a chat based interview, where you will be asked behavioural interview questions (similar to a face to face interview) taking you about 20-25 minutes to complete.
3.**Assesment Centre **if successful, you will be invited to a group interview which takes about 2 hours. You'll learn more about the role and company and go through some group and one on one activities.
