Helping to look after the ever-growing Weployee Community.

**What is Weploy?**:
Weploy is a tech-enabled staffing solution catering exclusively to Customer Service roles through a vetted and experienced community of ready-to-go Talent. We take on the full employment responsibility of all Weployees that are placed at our client sites and will look after them during the period of the assignment. Underpinning our entire process for both Weployees, Clients and our internal teams is an in house developed technology solution that ensures a seamless process for all those involved.

**What is your role?**:
Our Talent team have two core responsibilities:

- Community - Following selection, going through a robust onboarding session with Community team members to ensure they feel supported during their assignments

This role is a Community Coordinator, and will have little Acquisition focus if any at all.

In your Community role, you will play an important role in ensuring our Weployees have an amazing experience once they have joined the Community. While there is an administrative piece to the role, you will also be working between our Weployees and our clients to ensure that all of the assignments we currently have are being managed smoothly.

You will own the onboarding, aftercare and Weployee engagement area's and will be the first point of contact for most Weployees either on assignment or waiting to be placed on assignment.

**What ideally will be your background?**:
You have worked within the Customer Service space for at least two years and know how to interact with clients as well as internal stakeholders. You will be able to work autonomously and have the initiative to make decisions around processes to get the job done.

You have a hunger for growth and want to join an established start up who is still going through advanced phases of growth, and don't mind communicating through Emoji's from time to time.

You have a voice and don't mind using it when it comes to making things better. If you see something that can be improved you take action, rather than letting it go.

You know how to use Slack, G-Suite and ideally Greenhouse, although any previous ATS experience is great.
