Asquith Workforce is working in partnership with growing global business that has a strong footprint in Australia. They are currently seeking 3 x Service Technicians to work out of their Perth operation.

You will be part of a growing business that is a leader in filtered boiling and chilled water systems.

**You will be responsible for:

- **
- Installation, Maintenance and Repair of boiling and chilled water systems.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Develop & maintain key relationships with significant industry personnel; and
- Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities.

- Experienced Service Technician - Installer including experience with installations, repairs &maintenance
- Plumbing licence
- Drivers licence
- Demonstrated experience in fault finding & diagnostics
- You are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and pride yourself on being able to resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible
- Able to manage your time in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Team player
