As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #31900), MyneSight delivers accredited training and consulting services to the resources, ports, industrial and public sectors. Well established in QLD since 2008, MyneSight has expanded to NSW, enabling training programs to be delivered across NSW and further support the East Coast of Australia.

MyneSight is experiencing significant growth and seeking qualified Trainer and Assessors with underground coal experience delivering various courses across the following areas:

- RII20320 - Certificate II in Underground Coal Mining
- RII30220 - Certificate III in Underground Coal Operations
- RII40420 - Certificate IV in Underground Coal Operations
- RII50920 - Diploma of Underground Coal Mining Management
- RIIHAN203E - Conduct lifting operations
- RIIUND207E - Conduct underground lifting operations
- MSMSUP205 - Transfer Loads
- CPCCLDG3001 - Licence to perform dogging
- RIIWHS202E - Enter and work in confined spaces
- MSMWHS217 - Gas test atmospheres
- RIIWHS204E - Working safely at heights
- HLTAID011 - Provide first aid
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

MyneSight is expanding to provide metalliferous training so having the below qualifications or units of competency from within these qualifications would be highly advantageous:

- RII20420 - Certificate II in Underground Metalliferous Mining
- RII30320 - Certificate III in Underground Metalliferous Mining

Open Cut training is also offered by MyneSight so should you have any of the below qualifications or units of competencies that would be very beneficial:

- RII30420 - Certificate III in Resource Processing
- TLILIC0024 - Licence to operate a vehicle loading crane (capacity 10 metre tonnes and above);
- TLILIC0018 - Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (greater than 3 tonnes capacity);
- RIIHAN305D - Operate a gantry or overhead crane;
- TLILIC0005 - Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more);
- RIIMPO336E - Conduct belly dump truck operations;
- RIIMPO337E - Conduct articulated haul truck operations;
- RIIMPO338E - Conduct rigid haul truck operations;
- RIIMPO308F - Conduct tracked dozer operations;
- RIIMPO309F - Conduct wheeled dozer operations;
- Mobile Equipment
- Fixed plant
- RIISAM212E - Service mine plant and equipment;
- TLILIC0003 - Licence to operate a forklift truck;
- High-Risk Work Licences

**About you**:
Our Trainer Assessors possess strong communication and presentation skills coupled with a desire to learn and help grow our training business. You will be self-motivated, a natural problem solver and have strong time management and organisational skills to deliver quality training programs. Also, as we are transferring to digital assessments / online courses being comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc) is required.

To be considered for this role, you will:

- Have strong communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
- Have proven experience in facilitation
- Be comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc)

Mining experience is essential.
