**About the Role**

the human rights and modern slavery action plans, and enterprise risk guidance for the Talison Lithium Greenbushes

legal obligations regarding human rights and modern slavery legislation, as well as assisting with the management of

enterprise risk.

**Responsibilities include**:

- monitor Site progress against human rights and modern slavery action plans;
- conduct compliance auditing of contractor health & safety management plans;
- assist with implementation of an enterprise risk management framework;
- responsible for supporting document collection, review and updating for annual Modern Slavery Statement;
- assist in preparation of schedules and coordinate external and internal audits related to risk and governance

activities; and
- support the Governance & Risk Specialist with internal auditing, reporting and documentation as required.
- minimum 3-5 years industry experience preferred;
- tertiary qualifications in business, safety or related field desirable; or experience with internal auditing;
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc;
- demonstrated experience in auditing, risk assessment or processes;
- familiarity with enterprise risk management frameworks;
- thorough understanding of policies and best practices of auditing;
- excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- practical knowledge of legislation, standards, frameworks and codes of practice relevant to human rights; and
- demonstrated high level report writing skills.
