**Position**: Outbound Sales Representative

**Location**: Cheltenham, Victoria.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Salary**: Base Rate + Commission

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products/services.
- Identify and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection with resilience and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
