**Sales Associate - Eleven North Real Estate (entry level applicants welcome)**

**Location -**Cheltenham location servicing - Kingston and Bayside

We are seeking motivated and articulate Sales Associates to assist with the sale and purchasing of residential and commercial properties. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and help to close sales with integrity and professionalism. Whether you’re an experienced sales associate, a property manager looking to enter sales or just starting in the industry, we offer a supportive environment with a close-knit team to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with buying properties
- Attend to appointments scheduled with buyers
- Provide market analysis, comparative sales data, and detailed property information to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Stay up to date with local market trends and industry best practices
- Meet and aim to exceed sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in Kingston and Bayside area preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid Agents Representative Certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
