An integral leadership position within Serco Traffic Camera Services. The role performs a critical component in delivering Serco workforce management functions and strategies. In response to a rapidly growing service model, we are seeking a Workforce Planning Lead to manage and develop a team of Workforce Management staff to deliver vital services to assist us in delivering crucial services to improve road safety.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Detection Services Manager, The Workforce Planning Lead is responsible for ensuring objectives are met and exceeded through the optimisation of resources. This involves understanding, analysing, and improving the business and people impacts of decisions relating to workforce management. You will also be required to successfully deliver the underlying functions of forecasting, scheduling, real time management and reporting.

This key role in leading a team of Workforce Management and Administration staff in delivering and analysing the design and facilitation of forecasts and strategies for our high performing Serco Traffic Camera Services team. Your credibility and experience in Workforce Management will ensure that efficiencies are increased across the Serco Traffic Camera Services team through the analysis and implementation of strategic recommendations. You will work together with other high-performing leaders to deliver this highly essential service that coincides with improving road safety.

Working closely with other senior leaders within Serco Traffic Camera Services, you will be well supported to deliver this crucial service across the contract. A variety of overlaying complexities will keep you engaged as you uphold and inspire a centre of excellence reputation.
