**The Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our highly rated dental centre in Bankstown. As a Dental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the ongoing success of the dental practice and will have the opportunity to grow as a leader.

**The Responsibilities**
- Manage the efficient running of day-to-day operations of the dental centre
- Support dentists at the centre and lead a team of dental assistants
- Implement initiatives to improve customer service and patient retention
- Uphold high levels of customer service and ensure excellence in patient care
- Proactively and efficiently book patient appointments, collect money owing, order supplies and coordinate logistics for lab work
- Follow-up with patients on appointments and make post treatment care calls
- Build a rapport with patients and dentists. Manage any concerns in a timely and respectful manner
- Work within the approved budget and implements cost-saving measures
- Maintain infection control and WHS requirements for the dental centre
- Ensure the dental business maintains its accreditation and adheres to the quality management framework
- Maintain the front-office in a neat and presentable manner.
- Escalate repair and maintenance issues with applicable centre support team members (including technology, facilities etc.)
- Actively participate in internal initiatives and team challenges
- Most importantly, be the glue that holds the centre together

Additionally, you must have
- Knowledge of D4W Software
- Past exposure in the dental industry
- Extensive experience in exceptional customer service
- Experience in preparing staff rosters
- Great time management skills and highly organised
- Understanding of infection control procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to handle pressure and multi-task
