Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bankstown centre for Dental Assistants seeking full-time, permanent employment.

Our modern dental practice includes 3 chairs and delivers a wide range of dental treatments. You'll be part of a close-knit, welcoming team focused on providing excellent patient care.

  • Full time permanent position Monday to Friday

  • Weekend work may be required on a rotational basis (penalty rates apply)

  • Convenient new location within Bankstown Central shopping centre

  • Supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You'll also bring:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception

  • Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

  • A caring, team-focused approach to patient care

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
