Hospitality Supervisor

**The Position**:

- Lead the small front and back of house team in a unique Defence environment
- Function execution - planning, set up and providing outstanding customer service
- Ensure all company policies and practices are applied, and ensure Food Safety Practices are adhered to
- Provide exceptional customer service to repeat, prestigious customers
- Ability to work independently and have the confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.

**What does a day look like**:

- Each day, our team serve 15-25 repeat customers for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- You will be responsible for directing a small team both front and back of house - ensuring dining room is set to a high standard, food is well presented and of a high quality (we love delicious food)
- During service you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service as the ‘face’ of the Officers Mess
- Various administrative tasks - reporting customer numbers, cash reconciliation, data entering etc.
- People management - guiding the front of house team on daily organisational goals while maintaining required compliance and standards.

**The Person**:

- RSA qualified.
- Proven ability to lead a team
- HACCP Food handling experience and strong awareness of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards
- F&B experience with team leading experience
- Great presentation and customer service skills
