Our client, is a well-established neurosurgical clinic who are pioneers in their field.
A unique opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Medical Receptionist to join their team.
Assisting a team of Surgeons your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients.
- Scheduling patient consultations
- Administration of the front desk and patient clinics
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently.
- Patient invoicing and receipting
- Liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives
- Additional duties as required by the Practice Manager
To be successful for this position you will enjoy being part of a small team and have previous experience working in a similar setting. You will be highly organised with an eye for detail and able tackle any task with strong follow through. You will be self-motivated and able to work within a team as well as autonomously. Additionally, you will be an effective communicator committed to superior customer service and demonstrate empathy and compassion. Experience using Genie is an advantage
