**The role**

The Operations Support Analyst will enjoy training and supporting our managers across the business to gain insights from our data management systems. Using strong interpersonal skills, they will also work closely with the Planning and IT teams to further build and enhance Huon’s data capture and reporting systems.

You will:

- Maintain the seamless and accurate flow of data across our management systems and reports.
- Support team members to develop the skills and knowledge to utilise data management systems for optimal efficiency.
- Oversee biological and asset tracking data, ensuring quality control and promptly resolving discrepancies.
- Conduct biological data audits, analyse key insights, and deliver comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track daily harvesting activities, keeping stakeholders informed with up-to-date data sets.

Operating on a full-time basis, this opportunity is located at our Hobart Office with travel to sites as required.

**About you**
- You ideally hold relevant tertiary qualifications with experience in business analytics and/or aquaculture.
- You have a strong background in data entry and database systems, complemented by proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- With a proactive mindset and resilience, you excel at planning, working autonomously, and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Your keen eye for detail drives you to continuously improve processes and proactively resolve errors.
- You have experience in project contributions and stakeholder coordination, enhancing data capture processes with efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills enable you to build and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- You have the ability and willingness to adapt quickly to change.
