**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Engaging with internal project stakeholders to support with the preparation, development and coordination of integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.
- Supporting the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.
- Engaging with control account and project managers for regular schedule status updates and support with integrating updates into the master schedule.
- Creating report metrics and actively manage baseline change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
- Analysing and reporting on project performance variances and incorporate recovery plans.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience with complex integrated plans and schedules on large scale projects and programs.
- Developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MSP, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc.
- Delivering Program Management Best Practices and Earned Value Management System.
- Creating project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones and synthesising program/project/SOW requisition into actionable and measurable tasks.
- Developing programs with critical path and schedule risk assessment requirements.
- Preparing, analysing and reporting recommendations to Program Senior Leadership.
