As the Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate Agile practices from inception through to delivery and ongoing operations. You will:
Collaborate and work alongside the customer's wider technology groups, project managers, security representatives, business stakeholders and across the customer's landscape

Work closely with delivery managers and product teams on planning and scoping of requirements according to customer roadmap.

Foster a high performing culture and use metrics effectively to improve the performance and quality of the team through stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives

Coach and mentor teams on scrum whilst guiding them to deliver on their sprint commitments and roadmap milestones

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required**:
Previous experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environment

Solid experience working within Infrastructure or Software, end-user compute

Development with a good understanding of Office 365 and Azure

An ability to coach and mentor teams on scrum whilst guiding them to deliver on their sprint commitments and roadmap milestones.

Delivery background desirable

Scrum Certification

Keep all parties on track and informed

Introduce agile engineering practices

Teach scrum practices and principles

Remove roadblocks
