Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project & Change Leader to join our team. The role involves managing concurrent projects with end-to-end delivery responsibility, while working closely with business SMEs to identify and coordinate activities for each project phase.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all project deliverables align with organisational strategic objectives, timelines and budgets.- Develop and monitor project and change plans, budgets, project scope and risks.- Prepare status reports, including updates on delivery, financials, and risk reporting and present to steering committees.- Identify opportunities for business improvement through process analysis and delivery.- Provide information to stakeholders for decision making and project dependency forecasting.- Ensure appropriate governance and risk frameworks are utilized for project success.- Focus on people-centric change management to minimize negative effects, maximize benefits, and handle resistance to change.

We need you to have:
- Qualifications in Project Management Methodology (Essential).- Significant Project Management experience in multidisciplinary industries.- Practical experience in designing and implementing project delivery methods and related governance artefacts.- Strong ability to manage risk, task scheduling, and opportunity identification and risk mitigation.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, align programs and resources to deliver in line with corporate direction and appropriate governance.- Agile working style with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and work flexibly with a high volume project portfolio.
