**Drive sales, build relationships, and grow with a leading national calibration company**

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our Sydney team. With branches in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Hobart, we provide industry-leading calibration services and high-quality instruments to clients nationwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales across both instruments and calibration services, maintaining relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring timely processing of purchase orders. You’ll manage the entire sales process - from lead generation and quoting to after-sales support - while delivering excellent customer service through professional and timely communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell calibration services and a wide range of instruments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor incoming purchase orders and ensure they are processed accurately and promptly.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with clients to secure sales.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate sales and client records in our CRM and Xero.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales (technical, service, or equipment sales preferred).
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent attention to detail when processing purchase orders and customer requests.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general business software.
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
