**Role Summary**:
The Strategy Analyst is an exciting opportunity in our Strategy, Social Value and Government Affairs team based at our Perth CBD office.

Reporting to the Strategy & Social Value Manager, this role will support the development, delivery, and evolution of Synergy’s corporate strategy through analysis and communication of industry trends, constructive engagement with key stakeholders and facilitating decision making that achieves the organisation’s strategic objectives.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Financial analysis for business valuations, project financing and feasibility studies to support strategic projects
- Scenario modelling to test optionality that can be used to support strategic decision making
- Researching the market environment outlook and future developments to inform and support the delivery of strategic projects
- Developing presentations and papers for executives and the Board to support decision making
- Supporting ongoing strategy planning processes and facilitation of workshops

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, finance/commerce or related disciplines.
- 3+ years’ experience in a consulting, advisory or corporate strategy role, with a structured problem-solving background and existing strategic toolkit
- Experience working with key business stakeholders to evaluate decisions that drive growth within business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Expertise in developing clear and compelling, data driven analysis
