Test Analyst

**About the role**

The **Test Analyst Role** will be responsible for the development and execution of the Test Cases for SIT and UAT phases, to ensure HammondCare’s Workday Go Live is a success. Raise and manage defects to closure in JIRA by working along with Implementation Partner, Business and Technical SMEs.

The role will report into the Test Lead and Program Manager within the HRIS Workday Program but will work closely with the Functional and Technical Stream Leads across the Program including HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Integrations and Data.

**_ This is a six month contract based at St Leonards and has working from home options with flexibility to work from other HammondCare locations if required._**

**Key Focus Areas**
- To ensure that HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in its future HRIS
- Assist the Leads from different functional areas to perform test execution and manage defects in JIRA
- Manage defect resolution including tickets with the Implementation Partner, other external vendors.

**About You**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- **A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Test Analyst role in large scale ERP implementation programs involving multiple test phases (ST, SIT, UAT) and working with external vendors**:

- A degree of qualification within the Information Technology Faculty, or relevant qualification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding and experience working with a mix of Testing tools including **Jira** and Confluence.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization
- Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving ability, taking complex issues and communicating them in a simple way
- Experience working within the Aged Care and Healthcare sector (Desirable)
