**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Regulatory Services Hub Lead, the Integration Developer is a senior member of a team responsible for delivering priority enhancements and improvements to digital enabled solutions, business processes and overall capability. You will develop and oversee the delivery of enterprise integration solutions, built on the Dell Boomi platform, aligned to EPA’s strategic priorities, to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste.

This is a senior role for an experienced integration developer that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. Working closely with the Regulatory Services Hub Lead, you will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; fostering genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to support the delivery organisational outcomes.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead and role model high standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity; manage the allocated resources, budgets, contribute to business and project planning and reporting; and demonstrate a strong commitment to a positive culture and the development of staff.
- Support the Hubs to identify enterprise integration needs, recommend architectural blueprint for integration services, document integration requirements, design, and build integration solutions for projects and operational teams.
- Actively contribute to the development of a positive and high performing team culture, including by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of integration solutions.
- Contribute and expand on the established integration principles, patterns, and standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including but not limited to define and design, service level agreements, interface agreements, quick reference guides, data registries.

**Skills and experience**
- A relevant tertiary degree and/or post graduate qualifications in Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Experience in integration technologies with APIs (secure API and Open API), Web Services (REST & SOAP), preferably within Government.
- Dell Boomi Atmosphere Certifications (Level I and II) is desirable.
- Experience working with Azure dev-ops using CI/CD is desirable.
- Expertise in Dell Boomi Cloud integration iPaaS and API Management.
- Demonstrated experience on Azure Integration tech stack (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, APIM).
- Experience independently performing professional or technical work at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated project management skills coupled with demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver multiple concurrent projects / programs, including risk identification and management, budget development and management; optimise the allocation and use of resources; and evaluate project / program effectiveness.
- A proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.
- Demonstrated focus on accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence, and transparency.
