**About the role**:
Employability Skills Training (EST) is funded by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment. EST helps participants become job ready through intensive pre-employment training.
MRAEL are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Coordinator for the EST program who will:
- Support students and trainers in relation to training needs
- Provide scheduling, planning and organisation of training delivery
- Provide basic training advice and reports to management
- Ensure the smooth processing of students from enrolment to completion.
- Organising all resources for sessions, events and trainer
- Support Quality Assurance measures at Site
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated training program coordination knowledge
- Proven experience organisation and coordination of work experience placements, internships or employment
- A vocational education background and experience with Learning Management systems (Highly Desirable)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Positive can do attitude and a willingness to grow and expand
**Requirements**:
- Current Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster) or valid exemption prior to commencement
A satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check are required prior to commencement.
