**About the Role**

We believe that learning to swim and water safety is a vital life skill. Our motto is I SWIM SO I CAN...

The focus of this role is to help build the self-esteem of children, enhance their confidence and provide professional swimming and water safety instruction in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. We want swimming lessons to be the best part of a child's day

If successful in this role you will be appointed as a:

- _GELSwim Instructor_ - teaching learn to swim lessons run Monday to Friday in the mornings and after school as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- _Aquatic Programs Swim Instructor_ - teaching School intensive programs which run Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3:00pm during school terms.

**Qualifications**
- Current Austswim Certificate of Swimming and Water Safety OR Swim Australia Teacher (SAT) OR LSV Swimming and Water Safety
- CPR Qualification [HLTAID009]
- Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain prior to employment)
- National Police Check
- Pre-employment medical
