We're building our Group Fitness and Wellness Instructor team with energetic, experienced, and inspiring instructors who can lead a range of classes and connect with our diverse member base.

What We're Looking For

We are currently recruiting Group Exercise Instructors and Wellness Instructors who can teach multiple disciplines. While we welcome all qualified instructors, we are especially seeking those with expertise in:

• Tai Chi
• Dance (Freestyle, Bollywood, Les Mills Dance, Zumba)
• Reformer Pilates
• Yoga
• Aqua
• All Les Mills Programs
• Older adult freestyle classes

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role you will be energetic and uplifting, delivering classes that are fun and maintain high attendance levels.

You will also have excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional relationship with members, ensuring all communications are positive and constructive.

Other requirements include:

• Relevant Program Certifications for your disciplines (eg. Les Mills Programs, Aqua Fitness Qualification and Cert III in Fitness or other relevant Group Fitness qualifications)
• Current First Aid [HLTAID011] and CPR [HLTAID009] Certificates (or willing to obtain)
• Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional Group Fitness classes
• A knowledge of relevant classes/programs and equipment used in fitness classes
• Morning [6am -9am], Evening [6pm – 9pm] and weekend availability a must.
