Glen Eira Leisure is an industry leader in health and wellness, offering over 300 Group Fitness Classes per week at GESAC and Caulfield Recreation Centre.

**About the role**

Glen Eira Leisure is looking for a variety of experienced and vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to join our team.

Our Group Fitness Instructors are responsible for facilitating and conducting Group Fitness classes whilst motivating clients in a supportive and encouraging manner.

Part of this role includes setting up and taking down equipment before and after classes, keeping members up to date with centre promotions and providing guidance to trainee instructors.

**We are currently seeking instructors across all fields, with specific needs in the following areas**:

- Aqua
- Reformer
- Les Mills programming: BodyPump, BodyAttack, Tone, RPM and Sprint
- Tai Chi
- Yoga

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will be energetic and uplifting, delivering classes that are fun and maintain high attendance levels.

You will also have excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional relationship with members, ensuring all communications are positive and constructive.

Other requirements include:

- Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module or Group Exercise Leader Les Mills
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Relevant Program Certification (Such as Zumba, Les Mills etc)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional Group Fitness classes
- A knowledge of relevant classes / programs and equipment used in fitness classes

Applicants must also be able to provide evidence of current qualifications and registrations.
