Full Job Description
Early Learning Placements is a boutique recruitment specialist whose sole focus is the recruitment of professional staff for the early childhood sector on a casual, contract and permanent basis.

We are a family run Long Day Care service with over 25 years experience in children’s care and education.

We believe in creating a comfortable learning environment for our children, where they can learn and grow together feeling safe and secure. We can only do this with the support of our wonderful staff and parents.

We believe that we can achieve more and get the best outcomes for our children when we work together with you in partnership to develop a personalised approach to care for your child based on their needs and level of development.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working across all rooms as an Educational Leader and when needed as a responsible person (2IC) to the director in accordance with the requirements of Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care.

**Duties also include**
- To ensure children's wellbeing, learning needs and interests are addressed through a high quality education
- Meet and Greet families, children and visitors at the service
- Rostering, administration and enrolments
- Manage incoming/outgoing phone enquiries
- Assist the service manager with conducting tours
- Assist the service manager with interviews, phone screening, references and finalising new starters
- Manage family accounts through quikkids
- Compliance documents within the service
- Assist on the floor when required
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Essential**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education;
- Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Management Training certificates;
- As a 2IC and Educational Leader the ability to plan, implement and evaluate early childhood programs as required by the EYLF;
- Sound understanding of National Education and Care Services Regulation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Working with Children Check number

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:
