We are seeking staff who are dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children. We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic person who is interested in becoming a casual across three of our local Campbelltown childcare centres. This casual must be willing to travel between centres with flexibility over 5 days.

**Working at our centre you will be responsible for**:

- Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and staff.
- Developing and implementing the educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
- Certificate Three and be willing to work towards a Diploma through a traineeship.
- Experience in a child care setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
- A working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS.
- Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Current driver’s license.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Campbelltown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
