As the EL 1 Contract Manager for LC4S Branch Above The Line (ATL) contractor workforce, you will manage multiple vendor contractual arrangements across all projects and products, including two large long-term Integrated Work Partners (IWP) Contracts with two Major Service Providers.
Working as a Contract Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following (but not limited to):
- Building and actively managing strong relationships with key stakeholders enabling productive liaison in relation to contract management
- Leading and undertaking complex procurement planning, tendering and contract formation and contract management activities
- Manage and lead a team, including providing clear and consistent communication, managing performance and delegating responsibility

- Respond flexibly to changing situations, including using sound judgement under pressure, to ensure the success of key deliverables.
- Display an understanding of the ‘bigger picture’ to identify any emerging opportunities or threats in relation to your program of work.
- Have commercial experience and the ability to develop and interpret documentation under limited direction.
