**Join our growing Transport and Infrastructure team**

There are endless opportunities and no shortage of exciting projects within the food and beverage, minerals and metals, forestry, energy and manufacturing, water, power, airports, ports & defence sectors. You'll join a diverse and talented team delivering creative, innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

We are looking for a **Civil Designer/Drafter** to join our growing team. You will be involved in preparing and coordinating the delivery of BIM models in civil, structural and services drawings for a range of transport and infrastructure assets including road, rail, airport, water and wastewater assets, power transmission infrastructure, ports and marine structures and transport and civil infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. In this role you will have the opportunity to take a primary role in the delivery of work packages of varying scale including large Multi-disciplinary Infrastructure projects and offering guidance and advice in the provision of design services to our clients.

Based in our Melbourne office, you will have the chance to work in a highly collaborative and experienced team that is focused on creating a culture of creativity and innovation, developing personal and design skills, developing long-term client relationships and empowering the success of our people.

**What we’ll like about you**

You will have experience as a Civil Designer or Drafter within our key market sectors. This experience will mean you have developed:

- Capability to deliver projects from inception through to completion, working collaboratively on a cloud-based platform within a multidisciplinary design consultancy environment.
- Experience of being in a team delivering services to internal and external customers and clients.
- An understanding of engineering principles is a must.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation - Revit & Navisworks is beneficial but not essential.
- Outstanding communication skills and the flexibility to work across a broad range of technically complex projects.
- Completed or enrolled in an engineering associate qualification level or above.
- A desire to learn new things.
