Commercial Parts Manager - Construction & Agriculture

**Your new role**

Seeking a Spare Parts Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless availability and distribution of spare parts for a diverse range of construction & agricultural machinery. You'll have an experienced team of interpreters reporting to you, with the opportunity to develop, mentor and upskill a team of direct reports.

Core responsibilities involved, but not limited to, are:

- Efficiently manage inventory of spare parts for various equipment models.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality spare parts.
- Supervise a dedicated team, providing guidance on parts identification and fulfilment.
- Streamline ordering processes and maintain accurate records.
- Address customer enquiries and concerns related to spare parts, offering expert assistance.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to optimise parts availability.
