**The Company**
Our client is a professional organisation located in inner CBD.
**The Role**
Providing accurate and timely HR advice, support and consultancy services to managers and employees in the delivery of organisational strategic objectives.
**Key accountabilities include;**
- Partner with the business to provide operational HR services to a defined client group.
- Model and demonstrate constructive working relationships and information exchange across the organisation
- First point of contact for all staff queries
- Identify human resource issues and work with HR Business Partners to provide solutions
- Manage end to end lifecycle of assigned units and staff members
- In conjunction with HRBPs, support in managing the graduate and co-op student program and execute their rotation and development
- Regularly review and update HR policies
- Staff communication plan to increase awareness on existing policies
- Liaise & coordinate with the HR BP's / HR Administrator to ensure the content on the HR page is up to date and reflects all relevant information for staff to access including regular update on HR News
- Work with the HRBP's to constantly keep abreast of any changes in Employment law and reflect these changes in HR documentation as necessary
- In conjunction with the HRBP's, assist with delivering HR reports as required, including liaising with HR COE's for completion of quarterly annual reports and analysis
- Assist in the research, design and implementation of HR projects as directed by Senior HR BP / HR and Administration including but not limited to Employee Engagement Survey, DEI, any other campaign
**Your Profile**
- 2-3 years' experience in HR in officer/generalist
- An understanding of relevant Employment legislation across various geographies
- High level of inter-personal skills; proven experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Sensitivity, diplomacy and tact
- Exceptional written skills with the ability to draft compliant policies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing working conditions and demands
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proven experience in managing change in
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects concurrently
- High level of interpersonal skills, proven experience engaging with a diverse stakeholder group
- Ability to shift focus and adapt to changing working conditions and demands.
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work schedules so deadlines are met.
