**About the role**: We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive part time team member to join our Hamilton team Also, you may be required to work at our other locations within reasonable distance. Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location. **Some of the key responsibilities include**: - Opening and closing car rental contracts - Making reservations and checking vehicles in and out as based on customer needs and in accordance with business excellence standards - Processing of Rental Agreements, accident and damage reports - Monitoring, tracking and organising fleet availability on a daily basis - Good conflict resolutions skills - Providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers - Detailing vehicles, refuelling, and ferrying vehicles between locations - Cleaning vehicles to ensure Europcar quality assurance standards are achieved - Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained - Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle **To be considered, you should posses**: - Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers - Professional presentation skills - Computer literacy skills required - Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales - The ability to work alone and as part of a team - Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays - A full and current Australian driver’s licence - Current and ongoing Australian work rights - Applicants must be willing to provide evidence of vaccination or medical exemption, if it applies. - Staff discounts (including Accor hotel discounts after 12 months of service) - Generous shift loadings - Eligibility to participate in an incentive scheme - Company uniform - Discounted car rental - great discounts for staff, family and friends - Global brand and great culture, working with an energetic, supportive and high performing team - Access to Employee Assistance Program - Free premium subscription and unlimited access to the Calm app - the #1 app for mental fitness **About Europcar Mobility Group** Europcar Mobility Group is a major player in mobility markets.
