We are looking for detail-oriented Pre Departure Services Consultants to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the industry. **THE ROLE - based in Cheltenham, Melbourne**

Your role as a Pre Departure Services Consultant is to coordinate all documentation and procedures required for our passengers upcoming tours. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

- Issuing Passenger Documentation
- Packing Merchandise
- Moving Stock
- Adhoc Administration
- Taking Payments
- Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
- Collecting Personal Data
- Assisting reservations team with queries

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- An understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail is a must
- A willingness to learn and aid other departments
- An ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously

**WHAT WE OFFER**

- Monday to Friday, 9-5, no weekends. However overtime for additional hours worked - if required

Due to some of the responsibilities that come with this position, a hybrid model of work applies to this department.

As a result, you will be required to work in our head office in Cheltenham a minimum of 3 days a week.
