**The opportunity**

The role will see you to be proactive in identifying and converting new clientele, contributing to the increase on our client pool. You will find yourself building rapport and establishing a sound relationship with multiple business owners across a variety of industries whilst selling the services that we provide. You can see yourself provided all the necessary tools and training that you could possibly need to be successful in the role and be a sales superstar

**What’s in it for you?**
- $55k base salary + $10k guaranteed commission paid in your first year + super.
- Reach your full potential with further uncapped monthly commissions which sees you with an on target earning of $85k
- Full 3 weeks comprehensive paid training with our internal Cadets Academy to set you up for success
