An established, growth-focused brokerage is seeking another experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor on a contract (ABN) basis to join our fast growing team.
Work from home anywhere in Australia or from a WA office—your choice. You'll support brokers servicing clients Australia-wide across home loans, investment lending and business finance. Ideal for someone who already runs—or wants to start—their own loan-processing business for flexibility and higher earning potential.
ABN required (can be obtained once approved). Australian citizens or permanent residents only. Mercury (Mercury Nexus) experience preferred. Start ASAP.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6-12 months experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant or Loan Processor.

- Maintain CRM (Mercury preferred) and manage general admin to keep files clean and compliant.
- Essential: prior banking/mortgage processing experience (non-negotiable).
- Experience as a Broker Assistant/PA is highly regarded.
- 2+ years office administration experience.
- Thorough, precise work style with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent customer service skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable adopting new technology and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Mercury (Mercury Nexus) experience preferred.
- Training will be provided on Mercury (Mercury Nexus) system for successful candidates.
- Must be an Australian permanent resident with valid work rights in Australia.
- Engagement: Contract (ABN).
- ABN can be obtained before commencing position if not currently held.
- Location: Remote (Australia-wide) or WA office.
- Start: ASAP.
