**Position Summary**
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and develop market opportunities for Office Line Group. This position will report directly to the General Manager and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking results and making data-driven adjustments.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media presence, including content scheduling, engagement, and community building.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)**: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- **Website Management**: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimised for lead generation.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and customer appreciation events.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Track and analyse marketing performance data, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the furniture or education industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for education and creating positive learning environments
