Established in 1988, in the heart of McLaren Vale, Penny’s Hill Estate is located at the historic Ingleburne Farm. Penny’s Hill cellar door presents locally produced premium award-winning wines that are recognised on the world stage.

Most recently becoming part of the Randall Wine Group, a new and exciting opportunity has been created for a full time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join the Penny’s Hill team, reporting directly to our prized winemaker.

About the Position

Based at the stunning Penny’s Hill Estate, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator’s focus is to support sales growth and implement the Penny’s Hill marketing strategy.

The core responsibilities for this position are;
- Work as a trade liaison by supporting the day-to-day relationship with our national distributor, support export sales activities by providing marketing materials and coordinating visitation programs
- Lead on the planning and execution of our involvement in trade shows, wine show entries and competition submissions
- Develop and manage the Penny’s Hill marketing collateral
- Coordinate and write tenders
- Work in partnership with the wider sales and marketing team to implement the social media strategy to support sales growth, visitation and brand positioning
- Develop content for media releases, tasting notes, scorecards and the website
- Work closely with the production team on label content, mandatories and new product development
- Liaise with industry bodies for brand activations and events

Job Requirements

About You

Experience in a similar position within the wine industry and relevant qualifications is a must, alongside superior communication skills, content writing talent and a keen eye for detail.

You will require a passion for the wine industry and an appreciation of the work it takes to grow, produce, sell and market premium award-winning wine.
