**About the Role**
Our Community Support Workers spend their days supporting people with Autism to carry out daily tasks, helping them get to appointments, exploring interests and hobbies or going on adventures in the community.
We are currently looking for permanent, part-time Community Support Workers to join our supportive team, working between 20 and 30 hours per week, with the possibility of picking up additional hours when available. We have houses across the Perth metropolitan areas and roles currently available in both Southern and Northern suburbs. **About You**
To be a successful support worker you require a caring nature, positive attitude, and will understand that each person is different. You will enjoy the outdoors and trying new activities. You will also have:
- Motivation to provide care and advocate for others.
- Previous experience in providing support in a community setting.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Full driver's licence without P plates, with a suitable vehicle.
- COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccination.
- NDIS Worker Clearance.
