**About the Role**
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Community Living team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Shared Living homes, overseeing a team of Support Workers and regularly liaising with the individuals we support and their families.
Working from a case management framework, you will be client-focused, supporting individuals with Autism to lead a good life. You will ensure individuals are supported to live a good life in their own homes and are supported in all aspects of their life such as health and wellbeing and being connected to their community. Importantly, you will ensure they feel cared for and valued, and are matched with the best people to support their needs.
**About You**
To succeed in this role you will be caring, uphold strong values and have a passion for supporting individuals with Autism to live a good life. You will have demonstrated experience ensuring your team deliver high quality, client focused support, case management experience in a similar role, experience providing effective service planning and delivery.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in the disability sector, including case management
- Tertiary Qualifications in a Human Services discipline (minimum Certificate IV).
- Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, coaching and development.
- Knowledge of person-centred approaches to service provision.
- Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in adapting your style to suit various stakeholders
- A full drivers licence without P plates
To join our team you will be required to get a COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccination and complete required clearances including a NDIS Workers Check.
