**BIKE SPECIALIST / SALES ASSISTANT - CASUAL & FULL-TIME**:
**Join a team of passionate cyclists at our Decathlon Auburn Sports Warehouse store who build, service, give advice and occasionally ride together**

The key to our retail business is our employees, we are proud of our retail leaders and ensure they have the correct support and career development opportunities As a Bike Specialist/ Sales Assistant, (or Sports Leader as we call it) your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores ‘Delighted or delighted’’. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a quick and easy payment process, your role is to always deliver a 5-star shopping experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Customer Service** - Through your own passion for sports you share your tips and experience with users and through our hands-on product training you are able to give the best technical advice for cycling.
- **Bike Building/ Repairs - **You are able to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs, as well as build bikes to a high standard.
- **Merchandising** - We encourage you to take responsibility to autonomously manage stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sporting practice.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Mechanic minded. To be knowledgeable with bikes, bike preparation and/or bike repairs.
- Experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued
- Passion for bikes and riding
- To enjoy working with a team and like to follow best practices
- Customer relations, community involvement and being an ambassador of the brand.
- You are ambitious you want to grow in responsibilities and develop your career.
- **Able to play as part of the team during the busiest times (Weekends and Holidays).**
