We are seeking to fill the new position of **Regulatory Reform and Compliance Officer** (Aged Care / NDIS). Reporting to our General Manager Care & Services this role assists in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in both Aged Care and NDIS services.
- Permanent full-time position
- Based in our new West Perth office

**About the role**:

- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Ensure the organisation’s policies and procedures are updated to reflect regulatory changes.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Identify areas for improvement in regulatory compliance and develop action plans.
- Manage and maintain Bethanie’s NDIS registration; coordinate, lead and participate in independent NDIS audits and monitor and ensure congruency of care for NDIS participants.
- Monthly reporting on portfolio operations and key deliverables.

**About you**:
You bring experience and current knowledge of the NDIS registered provider requirements for compliance and reporting. You are highly organised and enjoy process creation and improvement with a focus on compliance and clarity for the end user. You also bring:

- More than 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in Aged Care and/or NDIS
- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) including the strengthened standards is preferred.
- Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Report writing and education program writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to obtain required vaccinations and national police clearance.
